Excessive door complaint

Tube graffiti isn’t big or clever – we have to use these Underground trains day in, day out, and it would be nice if they weren’t damaged by vandals. Though you rarely see feedback applied there and then.

I feel they could have told Transport for London, or Boris the Mayor, or…someone more appropriate. Rather than just complaining directly on the door.

But not all of us have them (dreams, that is) when we’re in a public loo. This person, however, does – and boy do they aim high. High…as the sky! Where they want to fly!

Ahem. Better stop my poetry before it gets out of control.

Alternatively, maybe they just want to go on holiday and have a rather naff way of saying it.

Now, this isn’t even really toilet graffiti – I’d actually like to call it toilet art. Because I could never be so cruel as to suggest that a bunch of such happy square and rectangular blocks, all nestled together like one big, joyous family would be pictoral vandalism of any kind. Nuh uh.

Actually, it looks more like some kind of cartoon - look, some of them even appear to have names at some point! Hmmm, new TV idea, perhaps? Or is that Hollywood I hear calling?!

I like the flat guys best...

I like this toilet graffiti – it’s so, like, happy. It’s like saying, like, we’re all one big happy and loving family, man. Dude – yes. Loveforever. Feel it.

I’m also liking the fact that it appears to mention a mythical London postcode, EC7. If only we could get there – it’s where everyone loves each other…forever.

Remember when the high-street shop French Connection added on their country of origin to their name, and then went all acronymic to produce FCUK? And everyone giggled for a good five mintues, and the Daily Mail wrote two whole articles on how inappropriate it was?

Well, FCUK-ing is still very popular in toilets. (Ahem.) Here’s someone who’s clearly a hardened drinker, and thinks that revisitng your dinner during the course of a night out is clearly for wussies – you need to power on through. Throwing up is cheating.

What I like most about this is that it’s a multi-person effort. And they’re an indecisive lot. Someone’s come in an written the top half and scribbled out their own punchline.(I wonder why?) Luckily for them, another creative sod has come in to finish off the gag. Except they too erased their initial scribblings, and had another go.
